Returns & Exchanges

At Herba, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Herba account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
